As an added service to our customers, we provide 24-hour worry-free coverage along with any service of $25 or more. 


Here’s a look at the eligible services included with this roadside assistance service:


Towing 

Your vehicle will be towed to our shop, Ed’s Automotive, OR the nearest qualified repair facility 


Lock Out Service 

In the event you lose your keys or lock them inside your vehicle, assistance will be provided to unlock your vehicle.


Flat Tire Changing Assistance 

Assistance will be provided for the installation of your spare tire.


Fuel, Oil, Fluid & Water Delivery Service 

An emergency supply of gasoline (where permitted), oil, fluid, and water will be delivered to your vehicle. You must pay for the costs of the actual fluids.


Jump Start 

The service provider will jump start your vehicle in the event your battery becomes discharged.


**Drivers must be with the vehicle when the service provider arrives, as roadside assistance cannot be provided to an unattended vehicle. If the driver is not with the vehicle, you may incur additional fees which are not covered under the terms of this program.**


Steps to Follow for Roadside Assistance 

During Our Business Hours: 

  • Call 1-888-411-9567
  • We can arrange the towing for you. Tell the representative you want to start a claim, but would like to use your own towing service.
  • Get a confirmation number to document you called.
  • Ensure you have information on where to send towing receipt for reimbursement.
  • Call Ed’s Automotive (434-384-8986) to help with the Tow.
  • Leave the Key in the vehicle.
  • We will get the vehicle picked up with the towing receipt on your repair order for you to submit.
